What do you have to do?

Step 1

Importing products

Using a Custom Feed, you need to add your products to the SmartBusiness platform. To use the custom feed, create a.csv file of your products using this template, upload it to your online store, and enter the link into the platform.

Step 2

Set the pop-up to match your preferences in the Settings menu

In the Settings section, you can customize your pop-up. You can change the color of the pop-up, you can change the layout, position, pop-up content, pop-up display time interval, and pop-up display frequency per day.

Step 3

Enter the web domain from which the data will be collected

In the settings menu, you have a dedicated field for entering your web domain.

Step 4

Insert a code snippet in your website header

After the actions above, just copy our code into your website header. We've prepared more tutorials to show you how to do this with WordPress, Google Tag Manager, or Magento.

Step 5

Automated communication and recommendation engine

Now your communication and recommendation engine works and recommends your products to the client which accesses your e-commerce platform.

Step 6

Analyze reports

Adjust business inventory based on AI predictions and now you can check in the Reports section details about your site like how many new users you have, actions per visit, average visit duration, delivered pop-ups, etc.
